Full Paper Submission (Deadline extended: April 30, 2019 May 15, 2019)

Simple Instructions to Submit:

  • Download the Full Paper Template using the link above. Follow the instructions in the template to correctly format your paper
  • The number of pages of the paper should be from 4 to 8
  • Click the link above to re-enter the submission portal
  • Sign in using the same username/password used for abstract submission
  • You’ll see a list of submitted abstracts/full papers. Click the word ‘Add‘ after the ‘Abstract and Full Paper List’ header
  • On Page 1, Submission Form, next to your name, choose ‘Add as Author/Co-Author’
  • Check whether or not you are the Presenter
  • Click Continue
  • Fill in Title
  • Convert your full paper to a PDF and name it based on your ABSTRACT number shown in the online portal (e.g. 1234.pdf)
  • Add Document – Choose File (PDF)- Click ADD
  • Choose Preferred Presentation mode (note: the oral presentations will be limited and prioritized based on the quality of papers and recommendations by the technical advisory committee; poster presentations will be part of the conference reception as a special session; we will do our best to accommodation your request)
  • Click Continue
  • Review your submission and SAVE (note: the confirmation/automated email may name your full paper as abstract submission; please ignore).

Instructions for Abstract Preparation

All abstracts should be in English and the text should not exceed 100 words. The presenting author is responsible for ensuring that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission. Submit in Word format, font size 12, Calibri or similar font. Please use the template below.

  • Create New User Account
  • On Page 1, Abstract Submission Form, next to your name, choose ‘Add as Author/Co-Author’
  • Check whether or not you are the Presenter
  • Click Continue
  • Fill in Title
  • Add Document – Choose File – Click ADD
  • Choose Preferred Presentation (please note: the number of oral presentations are limited, the majority will be posters)
  • Click Continue
  • Review your submission and SAVE
  • You’ve completed submitting your abstract!
